EXCHANGES, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of product. Before returning, within these 7 days, you need to send an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
You should be aware that You are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession.
We will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging. Please use or include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions/documents and wrappings.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
We will process your refund as soon as possible (and in any case, within 15 working days of giving us notice of cancellation). We will refund any money received from You using the same method used to make payment.
In circumstances where You consider that the product does not conform to the Contract at the time of delivery, You should promptly contact us via our email address or telephone contact details.
Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify You of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to You via e-mail that You are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges. We will always refund any money using the method used to make payment.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. Thereafter, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
Products purchased during our sales period or from any promotion will not be refunded or returned.
The merchandise must be returned along with the completed Returns Form that was included with your order.
Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges will be returned to the sender.
The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are NOT shipped via UPS.
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s), minus the return shipping charges which are the client’s responsibility. Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours from the date of receiving the goods of your order or within 24 hours from the receipt of the confirmation email from email@example.com that your order has been placed.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by official writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For orders cancelled as per the above conditions, we will issue you with a full refund of the price of the goods the order of which has been cancelled, but not of any shipping costs paid by us.
We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(i) 15 working days after the day we receive back from you any of the goods supplied; or
(ii) if no goods were supplied, 15 working days after the day on which we are informed about your cancellation in written email form addressed to email@example.com.
We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the re-imbursement.
In the event that we have sent goods to you and you have cancelled your order, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You shall return cancelled orders to:
11 Nikitara Street, Shop 1, 1080 Nicosia, Cyprus, without undue delay and in any event not later than 5 working days from the day on which you communicate the cancellation of your order to us by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as provided above. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 5 working days has expired.
You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.
